Protected in a A&R Italianartlab showcase, the big painting of Renato Guttuso has a main role in some itineraries based on the link between senses and nutrition.
The “Institute for blind people” of Milan has organized a tour called “Market in the dark”, where the visitor is accompanied by a blind guide through a sensorial path evocating the street market of Palermo which had insipired Guttuso for his painting.
Not only Blind Market. “Vuccì” is the name of a app dedicated to the famous masterpiece: the user can click on the food rapresentedand discover informations about the properties and the origins of every product. The app is available in Italian and English.
